Sushi Kyushu Ichiba
Sushi Kyushu Ichiba was inspired by the concept of the Kyushu Fish Market. The kitchen arrangement is likewise inspired by the fish market booths. Roof-style chairs are installed in the hall. The cooks and workers dress in traditional cloth uniforms, creating an ambience reminiscent of a local fish market in Hong Kong.
