Terms & Conditions

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other parking promotions, such as ‘Extra 1-hour free parking for UnionPay cardholders and Go Royal members.
2. A valid same-day machine-printed receipt from a New Town Plaza merchant along with the corresponding electronic payment slip must be presented and visit the Phase 3 Customer Service Centre between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on the same day.
3. Extra 1 hour free parking is applicable to SmarTone PRIORITY customers, and already registered as The Point Contactless parking service user.
4. Minimum same-day spending via electronic payment is required for participation at New Town Plaza I & III. One hour of extra free parking is only applicable to New Town Plaza III.
5. A maximum of 2 machine-printed sales receipts for no less than HK$100 each from different merchants on the same transaction day must be presented together with the corresponding electronic payment slips (Credit Card, EPS / Octopus).
6. Free parking is only available during the designated free parking period, which is from 10:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. daily (based on the entry time).
7. Merchant invoices, receipts or sales slips from purchase of merchant coupons (e.g. bakery voucher, cash coupon), Apple Store, temporary exhibition booths, kiosks, telecommunication agency, any payment services, any value-added services or other trades decided by the participating mall will not be accepted for the promotion. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips that are copied, handwritten or reprinted will not be accepted.
8. Terms and conditions apply for free parking. Please refer to in-mall promotion materials for details.
9. S Rewards Limited and New Town Plaza reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice. In case of dispute, S Rewards Limited and New Town Plaza reserve the right of final decision on all related matters.
