The pastry chef was a student from a famous Master in Taichung. Whether you want to taste authentic Taiwanese delicacies such as grass jelly, taro balls, mochi croffles, or a variety of Taiwanese creative desserts, Fresh Moon is the place can satisfy you taste buds.
The fresh and simple wooden design and the comfortable environment space make guests feel like they are in the forest in the busy city, away from the hustle and bustle. It is the only Taiwanese specialty dessert shop in Sha Tin District.
