Remarks:

1.Promotion Period: From 08:30:00 on July 11, 2025, to 23:59:59 on July 31, 2025, Beijing Time (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

2.Participating Merchants: Designated merchants (hereinafter referred to as “Designated Participating Merchants”) in participating Hong Kong shopping malls under SUN HUNG KAI REAL ESTATE AGENCY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “SHKP” or the “Promotion Organizer”), including New Town Plaza in Sha Tin, MOKO in Mong Kok, YOHO malls in Yuen Long (including YOHO MALL, YOHO MIX, and YOHO PLUS), apm in Kwun Tong, and V Walk in Nam Cheong (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Malls”).

3.Participation Method: WeChat Pay users who form a team during the Promotion Period with at least 2 members will successfully form a team, and each team member will receive 【one】team gift (maximum 5 members per team). After the team is successfully formed, at least 2 members must each complete a transaction of any amount at Designated Participating Merchants in the Participating Malls during the Promotion Period, and the team’s cumulative spending must reach the specified threshold. All team members will then receive cashback based on their individual qualifying transaction amounts.

4.Team Gift: After successfully forming a team, each team member will receive 【one】RMB 10 off with a minimum spend of RMB 300 voucher (the denomination and corresponding spending threshold are in RMB).

(i) The voucher must be actively claimed after the team is successfully formed. Each user can only receive it once. If a user joins different teams, they can only receive the team gift when joining or creating a team for the first time.

(ii) The voucher is valid for 3 days (including the third day) after being claimed. It will expire automatically afterward and will not be reissued.

(iii) The voucher is only applicable at Designated Participating Merchants in the Participating Malls. The usage threshold and conditions are subject to the voucher details after claiming.

(iv) Team gifts are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis, only for the first 3,000 participating users.

5.Cashback Ratio: After the Promotion Period ends, the cashback ratio for all team members will be determined based on the team’s total qualifying transaction amount. The cashback ratio for all team members will be the same. The cashback ratios for different transaction amounts are as follows:

6.Cashback Reward: Individual cashback amount = Individual qualifying transaction amount × Team cashback ratio. (Individual qualifying transaction amount and cashback amount are in RMB.)

(i) The maximum individual cashback amount is RMB 800. The cashback must be claimed starting from the day after the Promotion ends. If not claimed within 30 days after the Promotion ends, it will expire automatically and will not be reissued.

(ii) After claiming, the cashback will be automatically deposited into the user’s WeChat Pay Change.

7.During the Promotion Period, offline WeChat Pay transactions at Designated Participating Merchants after the user joins or creates a team for the first time will be considered qualifying transactions. Only the actual spent amount will be counted for qualifying transactions; refunded amounts will not be included.

8.During the Promotion Period, if a team member initiates a refund or similar transaction, the team’s cashback ratio may change. The individual cashback amount will be calculated based on the team’s current actual cashback ratio.

9.Transaction amounts before participating in the Promotion cannot be counted as qualifying transactions. Qualifying transactions after participating can be accumulated. The user’s participation time is determined by the time they first create or join a cashback team.

10.Users can choose to create a new team or join an existing team when participating in the Promotion. Each team can have a maximum of 5 members. A user cannot join more than one team at the same time. All team members can invite new members to join.

11.Before a team qualifies for cashback, members can voluntarily leave the team. Each user can leave a team a maximum of 【5 times】. After exceeding 5 times, they cannot leave their current team. After leaving a team, the user cannot rejoin the same team.

12.After a team qualifies for cashback, members are not allowed to leave the current team but can continue to invite new members. New members will enjoy the team’s current cashback ratio.

13.After leaving a team, a user can retain their accumulated qualifying transaction amount and can contribute it to a new team after joining.

14.When a member leaves a team, their qualifying transaction amount will no longer be counted toward the team’s total. The team’s cumulative qualifying transaction amount and cashback ratio will be recalculated based on the remaining members’ qualifying transaction amounts.

15.This Promotion is only available to “WeChat Pay Mainland Wallet Users.” A “WeChat Pay Mainland Wallet User” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who holds a Mainland China ID card and uses WeChat Pay services, not a WeChat account. Accounts will be considered the same user under the following circumstances: same WeChat ID, same mobile number, same bank card number, same ID number, or same mobile device. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop awarding prizes to abnormal accounts and to pursue further actions to ensure eligibility and account security.

16.If force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or other situations (including but not limited to major disasters, government orders to stop or adjust the Promotion, severe cyberattacks, or system failures requiring suspension) occur during the Promotion Period, the Promotion Organizer and/or WeChat Pay reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or adjust the Promotion within legal limits and may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

17.By participating in this Promotion, users accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Within legal limits, the Promotion Organizer and/or WeChat Pay may modify or adjust the Promotion rules based on actual circumstances. Such changes or adjustments will be announced on the Promotion page and take effect immediately upon announcement. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. If you disagree with the changes, please refrain from participating further.

18.Within legal limits, the Promotion Organizer reserves the right to interpret the Promotion rules. For inquiries, please contact WeChat Pay Customer Service Hotline (+86-57195017).

19.Promotional offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis (total cashback amount not less than RMB 130,000). Based on the cumulative cashback amount available, the Promotion Organizer may impose restrictions on team creation, joining teams, or qualifying for cashback. The Promotion may end early without prior notice once the cashback amount is fully distributed, as recorded by WeChat Pay’s system.

20.All times mentioned are in Beijing Time.

21.SHKP and the Participating Malls are not product or service providers and therefore will not be liable for any products or services provided by suppliers.

22.The Promotion Organizer reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes related to the Promotion.
